Tengo epilepsia desde hace poco menos de un a\u00f1o. Hago baloncesto desde los 5 a\u00f1os y de hecho, antes de tener el diagn\u00f3stico y la medicaci\u00f3n me daban bastante crisis.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, puedo jugar perfectamente y, de hecho, me va muy bien puesto que es un deporte de equipo y mis compa\u00f1eras y compa\u00f1eros me ayudan much\u00edsimo y me siento muy apoyada.<\/p>\n<p>A la gente que tiene epilepsia y no hace ning\u00fan deporte, \u00a1os animo a hacerlo!<\/p>\n<p>Un deporte de equipo es como una familia, y en cualquier problema que tenga o malestar all\u00ed se sentir\u00e1 100% apoyados. De hecho, el deporte y la epilepsia son una buena combinaci\u00f3n, ayuda mucho a desestresarte y tambi\u00e9n evita desequilibrios que puedan causar&#8230; Os animo a todos ya todas a hacer deporte, \u00a1es algo muy saludable y muy divertido!<\/p>\n<p>Carla muchas gracias por tu testimonio.
